Announcement: Slug climbing
Posted: Gyro @ Tue Sep 22, 2009 7:07 pm
Currently I am climbing like a slug.
Breath is ok, legs are not wrecked, just don't have power.
Out of the saddle is just hard.
Admittedly I have not been riding much due to the weather, but this is Really bad climbing.
How do I get back to the style/speed I had?

Start at Claremont end of bike track. At this stage it is to the city and back. Medium pace, say 26kmh plus.

Fair I suppose.

With extra visibility and funding comes greater regulation
